Okay, my last name is Capulet. Did Shakespeare make it up or was it already being used? My parents are 100% Italian, but I’m adopted from France. I like the last name and think it’s pretty cool, except for the part where I’m taunted at school… But it would be pretty lame if Shakespeare made it up… My parents tell me that my ancestors have used the name or hundreds of years, so do you think Shakespeare took the name from my ancestors? And if you were wondering, we don’t know anyone with the last Montague, and even in Italy none of my ancestors knew anyone with the last name Montague, and if I ever met a Montague, I really wouldn’t care.
